don't know what ranking my CPU would be but i still play every single game i have that works with dolphin at full speed or very close to it. My games are all 3 metroid's, both Zelda's on Gamecube, Both Mario Kart Games, Both Smash Bros games, Paper Mario Gamecube and Wii, Star Fox Assault, F-zero GX, Tatsunoko vs Capcom (old one not the new one haven't had the chance to dump it yet), No more heroes, Lego Indiana Jones and Wii sports and Wii Play.

intel i5 750

ranked 44.

So far all games i tried rant at real speed or really close to it, most times rendering at 1920x1080 with d3d.
When a game does go with d3d i go for opengl and 1280x720 and get reasonale speeds like 90/95%.

Of course leaving aside those cases where is slowness are more like caused by not very good emulation so far (nights).

Guess with either of the i7 models u won't face any problem besides bugs =).

i was like, o shiz... my cpu is ranked so far down... then realised that most of the cpu's above mine are the ones that start costing heaps of money, so i'm happy! =D

Rank: 40, Core 2 Quad 9550 @ 2.83GHz

haven't tried many games recently, but had no troubles with most of the games i own.

I realized this is not exactly an accurate test on the CPU -.-

There's mobile i5's doing better than mobile i7's (when real life tests prove otherwise) and the CPU I'm going to get (ranking 81) is slightly better than a Q9500 from real life tests aswell.

Just happy to know I'll be able to play some cool games with increased resolution =D (in adition to play them at college in the middle of study sessions =D)
