What's the recommended way to sync saved games on the cloud? Dropbox giving issues

I used symlinks with Dropbox so I could sync both the GameCube Memory Card folders, and the Wii NAND. However, Dolphin REALLY doesn't like the Wii NAND being on the Dropbox folder. I get this every time I open a Wii game:



The game opens fine after I click yes, but still it's annoying.

Am I missing something here?
