Shonumi - Edited for better image viewing

Can you give me an idea of what I should do to optimize these settings? Its a 2GB dedicated video card.

You need to work on how you post your images. They aren't visible in the forums.

Also, I can't see your Hacks tab because it isn't included.

Finally, I don't know anything about your system still other than the fact that you have a 540m 2GB. Who knows anything else about it. For all I know you are using DDR2 VRAM. Post up your exact PC specs as well.

When I quoted it it somehow broke the Hacks link...

Anyway, your settings look OK. Have you tried to re-dump your game?

BUT I STILL WANT YOUR EXACT SPECS!!!!!

I can see the images, so I don't know if you can see them or not. You'd have to let me know. This one but slightly modified as stated below:

http://www.samsung.com/ca/consumer/office/mobile-computing/notebook/NP-RF711-S03CA

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz, 2001 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) Auto OC to 3.0ghz
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M 2GB
Memory: 8 GB (DDR3 / 4 GB x 2) System Memory
Hard Drive: 1 TB (5400 rpm S-ATA / 500 GB x 2) Hard Drive

It's a decent laptop, i'd think. I'll change the image, i put the wrong one. I was in the process of getting the specs compiled for you.. -.- gosh

540m GDDR3 --> not the greatest (but still very good) performance in Dolphin. Just experiment with the Internal Resolution on the Enhancements tab until the framerate drops.

That CPU should be fine, but it is slightly slow for most games (though probably not a problem for Mario Party 9).

Try to re-dump your game.
Try Dolphin 3.0 as well.
I don't know what's going on with my ability to see any images in any forum post right now. It happens on my phone and laptop.

I think its alright for a laptop, lol. Beats some PCs, but of course desktops will always be more powerful but not portable. What do you mean re-dump my game? I'll look around

Perhaps this is relevant; check out the Dolphin Wiki entry for this game. One user reported audio issues as well:

Quote:Runs without issue, very rare drops below 100%. Music becomes distorted at times, returns to normal when entering minigame. No freezing or crashes.

It may be an unavoidable issue with HLE on this game, in which case LLE audio is the only real solution (your hardware needs to be powerful enough to handle it without sounding choppy). Is the crackling specific to this game, or do other items in your collection have similar problems?

Also, by re-dump, we mean to get the game again, however you got it the first time.

I haven't had an issue with sound in any other title. I have tried 10 different games. It might be the rom specifically. I played a whole round of mario party 9 it was about 30 minutes, it crackled about 4 or 5 times in the whole time. It wasn't longer than 30 seconds in total. So it isn't the biggest deal. I am going to try out 3.0 Dolphin too and see if it makes a difference.

I don't really like this way if wording the process. It condones illegal activity IMO.

Re-dump means to dump the game off of your disc again (whether you use Rawdump on your PC or Cleanrip on a Wii).
