Here's all the settings. I'm starting to believe that the cpu is the bottlneck. However if someone wouldn't mind explaining enabling anti-aliasing significantly reduces framerate, I'd appreciate it. Isn't AA strictly handled by the GPU? Or is it somehow extra work for the processor as well, thus increasing the load and showing up as an fps drop?
I've also fiddled with IR and obviously found that to be a help, but at native res it's just so ugly it's almost not worth playing. I can play most levels at 57-60fps full screen with auto IR, just really want to lock it in.
