Windows 7. The only time you want to be using xp is when you have very little ram (as a general rule). In terms of their ability to run this emulator neither will do a better job but windows 7 is more "future proof", who knows, maybe one day we'll get a dx11 graphics plugin

Probably going to get a free (legit) Windows 7 key from my uncle. He gets like 10 latest OS keys a year at work

Why not getting x64 version?
