What's a good tablet for running Dolphin?

So, I do some occasional Uber driving as a side-job, and for fun I set up an nVidia Shield K1 in the backseat with a bunch of emulators built into it and Arc Browser set up as the default launcher for the device. Unfortunately, due to issues mostly relating to power (the Shield Tablet doesn't support Quick Charge technology, apparently), I haven't been able to keep the thing reliably charged while I'm driving around, so I'm in the market for a newer tablet - and I was thinking I would use compatibility with Dolphin as a good yardstick for determining what might be good options.

So, does anyone know if there are any android tablets (specifically tablets, I can't us a phone for this) that might be good enough spec-wise to run Dolphin?

There are no Android tablets that are good for running Dolphin as far as I know.

Wow. THAT is just really unfortunate. Sad

Well, at least I can count that as pretty definitive.

You could try Samsung's Galaxy Tab S4 10.5(2018). It has the Snapdragon 835 and should get decent dolphin performance with some tweeks to the settings.

I think they want to buy a tablet and know it'll work well. "trying" isn't what they asked for. Jos is correct.

Actually, the goal is just to get the highest-spec tablet I can find, and I figure looking for something that can run Dolphin (or as close as I can get) would be a REALLY good way to achieve that. If I get it and it runs everything else under the sun but isn't quite powerful enough to handle Dolphin, then I'll still count that as a win. The REAL thing I need is a tablet that's new enough to support Quick Charge, but since none of the places I've looked (Amazon, Fry's, Newegg) seem to list Fast Charging under specs, I'm forced to just get the "newest", tablet I can find and cross my fingers.

Then whatever the latest samsung tablet is.

It probably won't run Dolphin as well as you like, but it fits what you want

You might want to wait for the tab s5 though that's rumoured to have the snapdragon 855

I would bet the tablet I mentioned supports quick charging.
