Playing games with LLE enabled? This is my current build which I built back around October, and I've recently overclocked to 4.2 GHz (The image doesn't show the OC)

However, no matter the game or the dolphin build, I simply cannot a game to run without audio stuttering, or slight FPS drops. Some games include Brawl, Skyward Sword, and even some gamecube games. My overclock from 3.3 GHz to 4.2 GHz didn't even make a difference. I realize that LLE takes a lot of CPU power, so I'm wondering if maybe I didn't overclock enough? LLE on Thread is enabled, and I've been trying to figure out what to do with no avail.

Basically, I'm asking a lot of questions here. I realize this is the hardware section, but my #1 question does relate to hardware, I guess. I'm very sorry if this belongs somewhere else.
1.) Should I overclock more? Will that fix this issue?
2.) Is there a better build for Dolphin for using LLE or playing certain games?
3.) Is LLE not worth it, despite the accurate sound emulation?

I'd really appreciate the help here. I cannot get over how much of a difference Dolphin makes compared to playing on my Wii, so I simply want this to work.

1. I'd recommend 4.5 ghz
2. What build are you using?
3. LLE is totally worth it in games that don't work well in HLE.

Also, settings?

1.) Okay, thanks.
2.) 3.0-682
3.) I figured as much.

Settings (For Skyward Sword, at least)
-Standard fixes as on the Wiki
Config - General
-Jit Recompiler, Dual Core Speedup, Idle Skipping, Framelimit Auto
Config - Audio
LLE, LLE on thread, Xaudio2, 48000 Hz
Graphics - General
Direct3D11
Graphics - Enhancements
Internal res - 4X, No AA, 16x AF, Scaled EFB Copy
Graphics - Hacks
EFB - Texture, Texture cache set to fast, Open MP Texture Decoder

Everything else is default. Main Menu for SS is 23~25 FPS, in-game it's around 28 FPS in Skyloft in the beginning (I haven't even gotten to combat yet.. I bet that will dip down..)

Also, is my overclock supposed to show in Dolphin? I'm curious. It shows in CPU-Z.

Is lock threads to cores on?
I don't think dolphin shows overclocks, but I can't so I wouldn't know.
Everything else seems to be fine.
Maybe put the Internal Res. at 3x?

Lock threads to cores is not on. I did benchmarking awhile back for my graphics card using Dolphin, and changing internal res doesn't make a difference for my GPU. I could try it after I eat though.

But I will change my overclock to 4.5 and see if that helps as well. I'm hoping .3 GHz is enough to give me the 2 FPS boost I need and to stop stuttering.

Also, Brawl works fine. I accidentally used a custom build of Dolphin when I was testing earlier. But the Skyward Sword thing still stands.

IIRC, Skyward Sword is very heavy on the GPU. When I set the IR to x4, I had around 30-40FPS in Skyloft. Setting it to Auto - Multiples of xxx... I jumped to 70-80FPS.
You will not lose any image quality. Infact, it looks a bit better if you set it to that.
