-Intel i5-4670K overclocked to 4.2 GHz
-Nvidia GTX 770, or possibly even higher than that You're looking at ≥$1000 worth of hardware if you're building from scratch.

A 4670k at 4.2 Ghz is equal to a 3570k at 5.0 Ghz (which requires delidding and extreme water cooling, if even possible)

A 3570K overclocked to 4.2GHz is enough for most games
