What is with everyone thinking using Dolphin is illegal?

Everything is so simple...

Emulators including Dolphin are legal in most countries because they do not "use" any copyrighted material.
Only the games, names etc. of a console are copyrighted including the BIOS of the console.
The code of the emulator is irrelevant to them.

Emulators is also great for people who develops their own home brew games and want to play them for the corresponding format.

If anyone have any legal questions it would be better to ask a lawyer in your country because we all know downloading games is illegal.
So to all pirates, pick-up the phone and call your nearest lawyer's office and hear what they have to say.

Just thinking the slightest thought of downloading something copyrighted is both illegal and a serious offense.
Thoughts of committing a crime is not good.
It's like calling a lawyer and tell him you thought of stealing a car, we all know what the answer would be.

It is painfully obvious that you don't even bother to read previous posts before finding another occasion to pose as a self-righteous/shining armor angel defender of the law.

Your opinions about pirates doesn't give you the right to go around insulting people just because you are assuming things. You have no idea what I think about pirating. You know nothing about me, yet I'm a pirate in your narrow view.
If you can't handle some simple questions and discussions don't bother to go around spewing accusations just to increase your aura.

In case you didn't get it by now, I agree about the evil of pirating but I'm not gonna step on people just because I had a hunch and blindly react whenever I hear the word "download".
