Whats the go to game ( most optimized) for dolphin, gamecube or wii,

There is no 'most optimized' game in Dolphin. Almost all GameCube games run at fullspeed with only a bit of graphical configuration for things like XFB/EFB, backends, etc. The Wii also has a lot of games in a similar situation. In general, the popular games (Mario, Zelda, etc.) are well tested and play fine, and everything else is being tested constantly. I'd just say to get a game you like, dump it, and play in Dolphin to see how it performs. Then, look in its wiki page to find setting changes you may need, and go from there.
