Hi, i'd like to know what is stopping Dolphin from running at full speeds? Do we not have enough power in mobile cpu's or is it something else? Thanks in advance!

1- Dolphin for Android is still not pretty stable.

2- Yes, most phones and tablets lacks of enough processing power to run the emulator afaik (as you pointed).
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

It's mostly the GPU *drivers*, actually. The CPU and GPU are definitely holding things back too, but the ludicrous amounts of driver overhead and general incompetence and brokenness within the drivers is just as much of a problem as the hardware.

Funnily enough, I haven't ever really felt hold back by GPU drivers, so speak for yourself, please. Just because drivers don't optimize every stupid application behavior doesn't mean it's actually their fault.
