Dolphin can not get up the 20 or 25 fps, games like DKCR, DKJB, SMG 2, LM, ... etc RER.
I've only managed to play NewSuperMarioBross reaching a maximum of 40 fps or Wario World latter with good results. I've tried many versions of the emulator both the official site (2.0, 3.0) and revisions (r5x, r6x, r7x ... etc.)
I have emulators properly configured, Enabled: Dual core, Idle skipping, OpenCL, Jit recompiler, Framelimit Off, Render to main windows, Panic Handlers, EFB scale copy, Disable Fog Texture EFB copy, Native Mipmaps, Disable Audio Throttle.
My computer is:
CPU Type: QuadCore AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, 800 MHz
System Memory: 8192 MB (DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 240
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I hope I can help, it is no longer if I need power in the hardware environment, compatibility or: What am I doing wrong?

Thanks very much.

Well you sent me a PM, but you have PM disabled so I can't answer you. You said your problem is fixed, so just wait for a mod to lock/close the thread.

Thanks for your reply (sorry I am not good with forums) my problem is not having unlocked the core ... I realized being at 800MHz.

It works well.

It's possible that you have some sort of energy saving feature enabled in your BIOS.
That means your CPU downclocks itself to save energy etc when it's not used.

Open a game and see if your CPUspeed increases with CPU-Z, if not, you have a problem.

Don't you mean 3.8GHz, that is something I could believe working well.
800MHz does the computer even boot that low?

My rig goes down to 1.6Ghz idle with Intel speedstep on.

AMD cpus can go down to 800MHz when idle. The 965 runs at 3.4GHz normally.

Yes, i solution. This mis-configured from the BIOS and mark 800Mhz.
Some kind of power-saving mode. I managed to run to 3.4.
Dolphin is very fast now.

Thank you very much for your responses. : P
