No 16:9 yet without mods though. 02-18-2015, 07:06 AM

Uh, the Dreamcast version would be definitive, since it's the original game and not a remake.

I believe he means the steam version (it's part of a "dreamcast" pack on steam)
The steam version is the best version of SADX unless you want mods, in which case the original SADX PC release is more mods able. But out of the box, the steam version is the best. The GameCube version is pretty crap, with a frame rate that jumps between 30-60 all be time (and until the CPU overclocking was added, dolphin emulated this terrible frame rate consistency). The PC versions have all the content, and can run at 60FPS with an unlocked resolution (although only the steam version has resolution options built in). The steam version also has achievements if that's your thing. So no, I would say definitely no reason to play either SADX or SA 2 on GC/dolphin when the PC versions are infinitely better (and require expontially less hardware speed to run smoothly). Now if you happen to be a Linux/OSX user who wants to svoid windows, then dolphin is your only option, but on windows the native PC versions blow away emulation.

I think sonic Heroes in Dolphin or PCSX2 is better than PC version, the PC version doesn't have support for any controller, you can only play with your Keyboard and it is terrible
