Your CPU is almost 10 years old (probably came out some time in 2004/2005 or thereabouts); it's incredibly slow for Dolphin. It's also been outdated by several generations of Intel hardware. The IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) is absolutely worthless for Dolphin as well. The Intel 945G Express Chip wasn't designed to do a lot, nothing on the level that a dedicated GPU would. Intel's IGPs are just now reaching acceptable levels of performance in Dolphin with the HD 4000. Essentially, your hardware's too old and Dolphin has high requirements.

No problem. Just helping a fellow forum member. Smile You will want to add some type of cooling to that list. I'm not really good at telling what cooling system is the best so you will have to ask someone else from the forums.
