What happened to the option to optimize quantitizers?

I remember in the early versions of dolphin, there was this option to optimize quantitizers (?). What happened to this option?

That is a very old option, why do you want it?

I hear enabling it speeds up emulation

Optimize Quantizers is always enabled now, and it has been far more optimized than even what that option gave. Even on AArch64/Android.
