The main page says download dolphin for win, macos, and linux.  But the actual download only has links to win, macos, and android.

There used to be auto-generated Ubuntu 13.04/15.04 builds. There's too many different versions of Linux to host auto-generated builds for all of them. Follow this guide instead: https://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Building_Dolphin_on_Linux

Is the JIT problematic for a Snap or Flatpack? It shouldn't be unfeasible to provide generic Linux binaries of one form or another, even if they're just builds with all the dependencies statically linked.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56
