Oh! I said that because I had tried another to play games.

I'm ran the games in the normally.
And I had played the games on LAN with their computers.
So!, These are result I can got are:

Cossacks II - Napoleonic Wars
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 G = 32 FPS @ 1280X800
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT = 60 FPS @ 1440X900

Need For Speed - Most Wanted
ASUS X1550 Series = 18 FPS @ 1024x786 on high detail effects.
ATI Mobility Radeon X2300 = 21 FPS @ 1024x786 on high detail effects.
NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT = 60 FPS @ 1024x786 on high detail effects.

These results are come from Fraps 2.9.8 build 7777
And another games are same these results.
And I didn't even thinking about any cheat again.
And Yes! again for my hometown, NVIDIA GeForces' Video Cards are always best in Thailand.
And another video cards are would like to have problems at anytime.
Oh! no no no no, I'm didn't want to make anybody hurt .

So! Please ask me again for, How do I can repair their video cards.

there right.If you buy a video card GeForces 9500GT like me Iam 100% sure that it will run the latest svn of dolphin.And one more thing whit GeForces you have to in able dual core because singal core doesn't work and that sude do it and olso pu the opengl hacks like the (Sonic and the Black nights) hack to make games run better.
