Most Wii games will be unplayable
You can try overclocking but do it for your own risk

Depends on the game . F zero GC need a powerful CPU (3.3Ghz Core i5 or higher for full speed) , Smash Bros Melee should run fine if you overclock it
No game can be playable on a 1.5Ghz CPU (except Super Fruit Fall) You must overclock it !!!

^ This. Your CPU is weak. But even with an overclock, most games will be unplayable, especially the Wii games such as DK Country Returns, SMG 1+2, Xenoblade, Metroid Prime Trilogy etc.
