What does this error message mean?

Hello all,

There's a game that I've been wanting and waiting to play for so long called PSO Ep 3 CARD, but never managed to get it working. I get the following error message show in the attached image.

   

Has anybody seen this error before, and is there anything that can be done to fix it?

Your dump of the game is probably bad. Or dual core mode is broken for this game.

Thank you for your reply.

I've tried another dump, and I have also tried both US and EU versions of the game and gives the same result. It crashes at exactly the same point each time. I also disabled Duel Core in the settings but made no difference.

Have you tried changing the settings specifically for that game?

Hi and thank you for your reply.

No I haven’t I just tried the one change in the general settings to turn off duel core but this made no difference. I don’t know what other settings to try and change to help the situation without really breaking anything.
