What causes those square waves when you start some games?

Certain games in Dolphin, depending on the build, when you open them the sound is a loud EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE sound. It sometimes lasts for a long time, sometimes just a few seconds. And I understand sound is not a priority at all... but God I freak out everytime I go into testing. Change a few settings, try a game that was having trouble, and BAM, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

well i just have most mario, zelda naruto and pokemo games and im not having that kind of thing with the sond
