SSBM is a "light" game
I have never been able to play ssbm or shadow the hedgehog or any of those completly full speed before on a emoulator. So i do not really care if it is a light game. I could OC the laptop to gain more fps but i really do not care enough to bother. The laptop has two big vents on it and is built to be able to OC'd. By the way the only game i was ever able to get to full speed before now was kirby air ride. So i do not care if it is a "light" game.

I don't think you get it, you cannot overclock that laptop. Mobile cpus do not work that way. They have restrictions and most desktop cpus you can't overclock. Only the k versions can be overclocked. Or for amd cpus only the black versions can be overclocked. What you're getting is what you'll get.

I get it whether you think i do or not. You can overclock the cpu on the G73JH with setfsb and overclock the gpu with AMD overdrive. try looking up your info on it. As i stated i could overclock it but i do not feel like going through the trouble to do it.

Well if you knew your info what you will notice if you start overclocking it for higher overclocks you will still have to disable cores. You may as well call it "Intel Turbo Boost Manual Edition". That's what I found after googling your specific laptop overclocking with setfsb.

SetFSB does not allow you to tweak your multipliers. It only allows you to adjust your base clock. You will only be able to overclock the system a few percent before it becomes unstable no matter how cold you can keep it. On top of that it's extremely likely to cause issues over the long term since you're basically overclocking the entire system. It is not proper overclocking and I would strongly advise against it.

To overclock a CPU with Set FSB , you must know CPU Clock Generator
To know CPU Clock Generator , you must disassembly your laptop and hope Clock Generator is written on the mobo
