What are the fastest versions of a game for emulators?

AFAIK, botw runs better in cemu.
Mario Kart doesn't run on yuzu, but it does on ryujinx. Don't really know about further compatibility/performance.
IIRC newer versions of ultimate have a t pose bug with yuzu. Otherwise both are playable, and ultimate being objectively better.
Don't really know about red dead.
