may i ask, what is the difference between the builds by orleans, for example, and the builds from xtreme2damax or mamario? i've read that orleans builds are modified and include some patches, is that true? or are they all the same?

I think the ones of Orleans include some patches for emulation. Mamario (Some time ago Whitezero too) ones are pure SVN code. But at the moment there are some differences when emulation starts.
