With the goal being to understand better the emualtor and to be able to know what settings to change from game to game and to prevent certain failures (to sayit that way), I would like to know the differences between settings. For example what does EFB do? What gives better performance from game to game: texture or RAM? Not only this but also the other settings. If someone could explain this to me it would be much appreciated Smile
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.

AFAIK, EFB means embedded frame buffer and it´s responsible fom most graphic effects (in some games it makes the background appear correctly). Generally EFB to Texture is faster than EFB-2-RAM in most games; however, a minority of them need EFB-2-RAM for some functions to work correctly (spinning coins on NSMBW).
