What are the best settings for Dolphin?

I need 3 fps more in dolphin for running the game at full speed. Are there any tweaks to run dolpin faster?

My specs:
OS Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop), upgradable to 7.1.1 (Nougat)
Chipset Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 (20 nm)
CPU Octa-core (4x1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & 4x2.0 GHz Cortex-A57)
GPU Adreno 430

IIRC skip efb access to CPU is off by default, and is slightly faster on. If you are willing to have emulated lag, you could lower the emulated CPU clock.

You could also disable the "sync on skip idle" option by editing the dolphin.ini file. Just change it from True to False.
