Ircluzar (guy who made the tool used for this) is working on a Windows Process corruptor. I've heard someone's gotten results, but I have yet to see them.

Anyways, I myself have been experimenting with Gamecube corruptions, including Melee.

They range from shitty one-note movements to fucking incredible.

The address is determined at runtime. We're probably going to enable ASLR support soon too, so I don't think there's any good way for an external process to know the address for Dolphin's emulated memory (unless you modify Dolphin).

Alright.

Is it possible to load a game with a savestate in Dolphin but via a command line execution?

No.

I tried to implement that at one point but due to a bug in the boot process at the time, loading a state too early would just end up hanging core. I think that bug has since been fixed but I haven't bothered looking into implementing that feature again.
