It depends on what you want to do with it. You definitely won't be able to play the most demanding games, but if you give us a list of games you're interested in, we can tell you how they'll run.

I have some speed issues with super mario galaxy.

Super Mario Galaxy is a more demanding game for both the CPU and GPU, so you may be getting slowdowns for both of them.
Really though, you may want to look into getting a new computer. You can build your own with a Pentium G3258 and overclock that for around $400-500, and have it play any Dolphin game perfectly, and do great in PC gaming.
