Is it possible to enable USB Passthrough for a physical WFS USB device (as opposed to emulating a WFS device) so that a USB drive could be used back and forth between emulator and hardware when playing Dragon Quest X?

If not, is there any way to transfer content between the decrypted Dolphin format and a USB drive?

Since Dolphin uses HLE for WFS, this is unfortunately not possible.

I've never tried doing this myself, but maybe a tool like this would work? https://gbatemp.net/threads/wfsdump-pc-util-for-dumping-wfs-devices-wiiu-file-system.478480/

It's read-only. I also doubt it would work on the Wii, as on the Wii U there's some per-console encryption going on that I doubt the Wii replicated.
