I exactly have the same problem, sometimes all my games run fast and smooth
and Metroid Prime 1 works fine 40-60fps but when I restart then the emulator or the computer, then the emulator becomes so slow and I only get 15-30fps with all my games without changing anything or doing something in the background.
I´m searching for a solution...
