When I play Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes and I press more than one arrow key at the same time, Snake starts to walk slowly, like if the sneaking mode has been activated, which makes the game annoying and difficult.
I've reconfigured the GC pad, but nothing changes. I can't fix it.
I'm using revision 6546 for Dolphin with a PAL version of the game.
Any idea, please?
Thanks.

Are you using JITIL? If so, change to JIT. Other than that, make sure the red dot in the GC pad config screen reaches the edges when you test out the analog.

Thank you so much for the reply.
I don't know what are JITIL and JIT, sorry.
The red dot reaches the edges when I configure the keys. No difference, still weird controls. What more can I do?
Regards.

To change to JITIL, in the menu select "Options" then "Configure". The "JITIL experimental recompiler" option is there for you to select.

Changed to JITIL, nothing changed. I think Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes needs more time to be emulated well enough to play it... It gets stuck in most of the scenes, audio is choppy and controls are a bit weird... Or maybe I'm using the incorrect revision of Dolphin for it.
What can I do?
Thank you.

regardless of the version of the game you have, the game will keep exhibiting this uncomfortable behavior, first accompanied by a sudden slowdown in cutscenes leading to total stall Sad
My Specs
AMD phenom II x4 3.1 GHz (slightly overclocked) 3.3 GHz
ASUS M4N68T -M LE V2 Motherboard
NVidia geforce 450 gts 1024 MB

Yes, and worse, in every cutscene the emulator crashes... Can someone tell me if Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes works on Dolphin, and how?
Thanks.

The cutscene crashes have been fixed for me in the latest revision (r6700). What revision are you using?

for the weird controls try to use D-Pad for movements (in gamecubePad configuration) instead of main stick, i think this should fix the problem.

Thank you very much, mate! That is working!

I was using revision 6546, and I just downloaded and tested 7258. Sound is still creepy.

Thank your again.
