Hi,

So far I am having some problems running Dolphin on my new Laptop

here are my specs:

Core i7 5500U 2.5Ghz with 3.0Ghz Turbo
8GB Ram
AMD R7 M270 with 4GB DDR3 for video

The thing is that I am trying to use the Video Native x2 config and the games run too fast if I set the FPS to Automatic, and the games get slow if I use 30FPS and limit the frames.

I am using Direct3D 11 as I was told OpenGL was for NVIDIA devices. I am also using most of the default settings and I've tinkered with the FPS, resolution, filters and anti-aliasing. Oh, and I think I have the latest version of Dolphin since I downloaded it last Sunday.

I've managed to run F-Zero GX like this and Mario Galaxy, SSBB runs fine though, no high speed or slowdown.

I am guessing it is a configuration issue, any help will be appreciated.

Don't set the FPS, leave it at the default setting. You probably have turbo enabled, use the hotkey (tab by default i think) to turn it off.
