Hey so i have an rx 480 and it's overclocked and it's weird how when i would do my special move the game drops to 30fps then back up to 60fps when he kicks the ball. Other than that there is many micro stutters every time something happens almost like ubershaders is off. I always thought of mario galaxy 1 and 2 to be the most gpu intensive games at 4k but i have no problem with those. These are the only two games out of my entire library that gives me issues. Anyone know why?

Turn off vsync

Also if you're using OpenGL on AMD, don't. It's slow. Use D3D11 or Vulkan on AMD.

i use Vulkan but wouldn't turning off v-sync cause screen tearing?
