Right well i deleted my shader cache and ive re-enabled 8xAA. After quickly testing Windwaker and Twilight Princess (Both had the bug with 8xAA enabled), The bug doesnt seem to be here anymore but as i said it comes and goes when it pleases. Ive also checked my GPU temp during Twilight Princess and it's absolutely fine at 40-45 degrees. Its a GTX770 with some pretty beastly cooling so i'd be surprised if Dolphin was overheating it. The only thing to do now is wait and see if the bug comes back i guess. If it does then the Shader Cache thing didn't work and it looks like my best bet would be disabling AA and just hoping it doesnt return because im out of ideas :/
Weird performance bug that i can replicate.

As soon as i do that, BOOM full speed, no stutters. I don't change anything in the panel, i just open it. This lasts until i enter a new area then i have to click on the graphics tab again to speed it up. Opening the Graphics panel resets any settings the game's .ini automatically sets (ZTP sets EFB to RAM, for example) to whatever you have set in the graphics window, as well as clearing the texture cache. I'm pretty sure the initial speedup is from the settings reset (you likely have EFB to Texture set, and EFB to RAM is a major slowdown), but the later speedups are just illogical – I've never heard of the texcache causing speedups when it's cleared.
