I've been playing metroid prime 2 with dolphin 4.0.2, it runs without major issue on my system. However today when I resumed my game I ran against a weird glitch, the game seems to loop in the main menu and I can't continue my game, this has never happened before and I've saved the game and started it normally multiple times, I also didn't change any setting, the game just decided to stop working.
Here is a webm that properly shows what's happening

What could the issue be? Specs are in my profile, I'm using open GL and recommended settings (enable efb copies to RAM, etc). This is the first time where I have run into an issue in dolphin and have no clue what's going on, there is no info about this glitch on the MP2 wiki page, a google search shows no results for people having this issue, could it be something related to my computer somehow?
EDIT: Well I feel incredibly stupid. I forgot I switched my A and B buttons for comfort so I could jump and shoot more easily on my 360 controller, and completely forgot I had done so. As a result I was pressing B instead of A which dumps me to the title screen again. God damn that was dumb. Feel free to lock this thread
