OpenGL behaves the same.
I already tried framelimiting.
Audio throttling slows gameplay and FPS to halve

Now, i tried different combinations of vsynch. What happens is, when i enable vsynch, the game runs smoothly, but gets a "freezeframe" ever few seconds.

This really looks like a problem with buffer/vsynch in some form. Does the wii run in 60 FPS or 59,97 FPS?

Have you tried using fps limiting instead of vps limiting?
