Wondering if you can just hit something on the keyboard to switch between efb to texture and efb to ram? It would make it more enjoyable to play games such as metroid prime 3 without having to go out of game and change the settings back and forth constantly. If I just keep it at efb to ram the whole time game just runs too slow a lot of the time. bit of a nuisance.

The "Emulated Motion plus" branch already has this feature. If you compile dolphin yourself, you might be able to copy the patch out from there. Or simply use builds from that branch.

I haven't checked that branch, but I don't see why it would have such and option.

I can't tell you why, but it has one.

I don't think that does what you think it does. I could be wrong but have you tested it?

Well, what would you expect it to do? It cycles between EFB to RAM, EFB to Texture, and EFB Disabled if you press a key. Or just between what you selected and Disabled, I don't remember...

It does what he think it does, but it fucks up the UI design incredibly hard.

Btw, you could just as well enable the video plugin hotkeys in normal builds. Toggling EFB copies should be one of the number keys (NOT the numpad ones).

Do you mean the visual aspect, or the semantic one?

The visual aspect (referring to the way the UI got fucked up).
