Way to not use my c drive

I noticed that the memory card was stored on c and then after that a lot of other documents/data was stored there is there a way to make dolphin not use c and move all that over to my e drive since my c is a ssd I would rather not use it for anything besides windows and my e drive is huge so I don't need to worry about space.
