I can't tell why it is, it just does. I've redumped it and it didn't fix it. I'm on the latest dev build.

Edit: One thing I'm noticing, going past the first screen it still crashes. The background video's aren't appearing. Going to try redumping again while I wait.

Edit 2: Consistent crash around frames 1000-1200 now.

Well normally I'd tell you to just redump, but from your other thread, it seems like you've had problems with bad dumps before? And since you keep having this problem, there may be some problems with how you are dumping the games. So how are you dumping your games exactly?

that dump is bad.

Dumping with even a compatible PC DVD drive is known to have problems. You're better off buying a used Wii off ebay and installing cleanrip

I don't even own any equipment anymore aside from the AC:CF Mic thing and a Wii Remote. Anything offering those are extremely unreliable, costly, not to mention with 90% of the offers having no reviews you can't vet anyone. Not to mention I've heard all first model's are dead and non-first model's aren't compatible with gamecube games. You'd have a better time actually begging Nintendo to still produce Wii's.

What?

That's wrong. Any Wii is compatible, the only ones that aren't are the Wii mini and the Wii family edition.

We gave you a solution. I'm sorry you don't like it.

On ebay, there is buyer protection, so if you get one that is said to work but doesn't, you'll get a refund from ebay. It's very low risk! But if you are still wary of ebay, your local game shops should have Wii's a plenty that are tested and ready to go! You can even double check that it is an RVL-001 for maximum compatibility before purchasing.
