Ohh, I just looked onto chart and found that in Reference system only windows 7 x64 is provided, so I though you run dolphin_x86 on a win64.
Anyway, you point that x86 slower, while I point that they fast enough to emulate most of games on full or comfortable speed. But since nothing will change, there is nothing we can do
