Wario World HD Texture Pack

I'm looking for a guide to install the texture pack on an android device. I know you have to mess with the ini file. Other than dumping the files into the texture folder I get stumped at this step. Do any of you know the solution/guide for Android devices?

Just downloaded this pack. Overall, awesome work. The environmental textures look a bit too "processed" for my taste (some of them have the telltale signs of an AI upscale), but everything else was great. I deleted the environmental and kept the rest, which really gives the game a nicely upgraded look.
