what you want to do is head over to dl.dolphin-emu.org/builds and download the latest build which is currently dolphin-master-4.0-1356.apk and you will get a lot better results

thanks its run much faster. do you know any setting i can try to get higher fps. right now i'm getting 15 fps

I don't think any setting changes will dramatically improve your fps. Dolphin is very very demanding, and can barely run at full speed on a lot of high end cpu's let alone smart phones.
