AMD Radeon HD 7770 1GB Graphics Card
G.Skill 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz Memory

Get an Nvidia card or an HD 6770. 7770 has driver problems which lower performance.
Gimme a GPU budget and off we go!
CPU and everything else is fine.
6770 can do 4x native AKA: 2160 x 1600.
Also in that range: The GTX 560 SE.

Which is a better card, aside from power consumption, so you'd need a an antec or seasonic PSU, or something with 24A or better.

That video card is a little bit on the weak side in general, but yes, you can play at 1080p with Dolphin with that.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

I would personally recommend a GTX 550 Ti, based on my experiences (in 1080p!) with my GTS 450, a weaker card.

Nvidia has better drivers, and compatibility.

Or a 6770, whatever.

The 7000 series does have drivers issues with Dolphin, no joke.
No bias.
My last card was an x1550, which worked for 3 years.

Power Man is a no name brand. Get a power supply from a more reputable brand like antec, ocz, corsair, seasonic, etc.

I'd recommend Seasonic, Antec, Cooler Master, or Thermaltake.
And what NV said, of course.

Even so, get a 6000 (AMD) series card or a 400/500 (NVIDIA) series card.
