Is it an AMD or an Intel CPU? Is it nVidia, AMD, Intel or a mobile phone GPU? Is it even compatible with Vulkan? Are the drivers any good? What game are you playing in Dolphin? If you ask if it will magically go faster and be better once they remove the text "(experimental)" from the back-end name.... then the answer is no...

[color=#000080]The best thing to do, if you really want to know, is to test by yourself on the development release with both back-ends, your wanted graphic settings and your games. For me, Vulkan is currently better than D3D11 but now a little bit below OpenGL. It really depends on many things, so just try and see...[/color]
