So recently i got a new phone, Pocophone F1. And with the few games i had on it, I really enjoyed the performance with vulkan! Full speed in most of my games. Now one day suddenly vulkan doesn't really work on dolphin, i launch a game, and it's just a black screen, though i can hear sound normally. Switching to OpenGL fixes the issue, but performance is a little worse. And I didn't update it or anything, It's like my phone stopped supporting rendering Vulkan. I'm sticking to OpenGL fine for now. but i would prefer vulkan

Are you sure you didn't update anything? The update to Android Pie is known to break Vulkan for Dolphin on many Android phones.

Gonna be honest, i'm not sure, I don't think i updated it, but i think it's Pie. Is there any way to revert? or at least is there a build that fixes this?
