When I am using the Vulkan renderer i get various issues.
If I change the window size or I try to fast forward the emulator would crash to desktop.
I am using an AMD GPU Radeon 530 which is the GPU used for Dolphin.
I also use an Intel UHD 620 which is not used for Dolphin but it's used as the primary display GPU for the system ( its a laptop).
The OS is Windows 10 X64 with the April 2018 update.
I also dual boot to Linux using the Ubuntu distro and use the RADV driver there (works better for ubershaders).
But I mainly use my Win10 OS.
How to solve this problem?
Thanks.

Are you using the latest drivers? Go to the AMD site if you´re not.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Seems like enabling the "Borderless Full-screen" option fixed the window size changing problem.
I still cant fast-forward without getting a freeze/crashing though.

It sounds like it's issues with your driver and vsync + Vulkan. It's not an issue I'm able to reproduce and your using a less common setup.
