So I decided to play some Wind Waker after generally playing either Twilight Princess or Spyro: A Hero's Tail due to the latter two working the best. However, one of the recommended settings for WW was to turn GPU Texture Decoding on, which when ticked and the GPU set to Vulkan, results in the attached messages:

   

   

   

Dolphin 5.0-8909 Android
Samsung Galaxy S9+ Snapdragon 845
Android 8.0 Oreo
