Hello!

I updated recently my Drivers to the Vulkan Beta Drivers from Nvdia for the Cemu emulator which gives new features with it. When I tried to use Dolphin and Vulkan, it didn't worked : Dolphin crashes when I click on the Vulkan backend.
It would be nice to support them because they are very useful everywhere else and I would like to use Vulkan with Dolphin as it becomes very perfomrant and stable.

Nothing has changed on the Vulkan backend in Dolphin for a while, and the developer beta drivers just add new Vulkan extensions on top of the existing ones, bumping compliance to Vulkan 1.2.

In other words, this is very likely an issue on NVIDIA drivers, not Dolphin. It's an unfinished driver, a "developer beta" after all...
