Is it possible to make/port the vulkan backend for dolphin 4.0-6674? I would like to help if the answer is yes!
Why would I like to do this? Well many Exynos drivers have graphical errors with OpenGL. This was fixed when the vulkan backend came out. But it was not supported for 32 but devices, like my device!
Pls help me with this project

Dolphin is not compatible with 32 bit anymore and we do not give any support for 32 bit. Additionally, the video back end code is so different to how it was back when we supported 32 bit that you're essentially going to be writing the vulkan back end from scratch.

So I could recode/code it from scratch? So it’s possible?

I guess I should have worded it better

Yes, it's theoretically possible if your device even bothers shipping 32 bit vulkan drivers.

However we do not support 32 bit or that ancient video backend design in master anymore, so you're unlikely to get any help, and we won't merge it even if you came back with a working Vulkan backend.

And yes you'll essentially be writing it from scratch. Good luck.

Thank you, for all your info and help. Thank you very much Helios!
