With vsync off, the game runs fullspeed always, with the only flaw of screen tearing. Vsync fixes that, but the game slows down every 30 seconds or so. The weird thing is, vsync doesn't have this problem if I use borderless fullscreen. What is causing vsync to slow MGS down in exlusive fullscreen but not borderless fullscreen? What's more odd is this vsync issue seems to only affect mgs tt and the press start screen of sonic colors where it would slow down every 20-30 second intervals.
