vsync issue & latest build question

Yea... there have been a lot of vsync regressions of late. It will have to be handled soon. There are some work arounds in the issue report. If you can, try to find the revision that broke it. That would be helpful.

We know. Just jump to a build before 4.0-1824 and you'll be fine. This will be fixed shortly.

Stuff like this is why they are called "development builds".
